Shipment processing time
All items are handmade to order and our current production turnaround time is updated and maintained on our Home banner page.

Please note rush orders will include a rush fee.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order ships you will then receive notification via email or text with your tracking information depending on the information you provided at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Kiddie Couture Fashion ships worldwide. However Kiddie Couture Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost Packages
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier directly to resolve. Kiddie Couture Fashion does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered or lost by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Return Policy
Given all items are made to order, we do not allow any returns and all sales are final.
However we want all our customers to be satisfied with our products so if you have any issues with your order please reach out and we will try our best to resolve.
